  • Coaches and trainers know their stuff. They dont just show their moves. Theyre extremely graceful and their moves will always remind me of the time i watched floyd mayweather in the show “dancing with the stars”. Youll get more than what you pay for. Receptionists are warm and friendly. I have high respect for mma and muay thai but not as much as Conventional boxing wherein movements are restricted, it teaches you discipline by throwing ur jab in a ruled way and not in a messy free moves. It teaches you to focus and develop ur agility and strength
