This class is a pure S&C session that focus on building strength & muscle endurance with limited boxing training. The circuit consists in body weight and equipment exercises working on specific muscles groups. It is recommended to combine this class with other boxing classes in a weekly program.

Enhanced form of Boxing Intensity training that focuses on improving your cardiovascular strength with this specially designed class. Expect body weight movements and speed work on the bag that will keep you sweating and burning up to 1000 calories.
We combine the TABATA Principles and specific boxing exercises to deliver an high-intensity interval training that consists in several rounds boxing exercises in specific durations of on and off intervals.
Focused on conventional boxing workouts such as Jump-rope, mitts, shadow boxing, etc. Boxing Circuit workout delivers a layout that allows boxers to develop their boxing skills and still burn many calories!
POWER BOXING KETTLEBELL & TRX
Fire up your heart with this circuit that involves explosive & intense workouts pushing your strength and power to the limit using mainly the TRX and Kettlebells. Includes combinations on the bag to increase your power punches.
Our Youth boxing sessions are similar to our beginners technique class but with a focus on training each child as a potential boxer, whereas also training the kids to be humble and thoughtful to each other and everyone around them.
Kids Boxing class teaches basic boxing skills and techniques such as stance, guard, movement and punch combinations. Round 10 Boxing Club the Kids classes are focused on core strengthening exercises to develop self defense skills as well as self confidence while keeping the kids physically fit.
BEGINNERS TECHNIQUE CLASSES
This is your intro to boxing, learning from the boxing stance to the basic punches combination, how to move and hit bag. This is a very important class to start from if you are new to the sport of boxing. This class has a lower level of calories burning.
INTERMEDIATE TECHNIQUE CLASSES
The intermediate class is the middle step to the full contact advance class, the focus is practising attack and defense techniques and includes body sparring along with intense warm up and adnominal exercises.
ADVANCED TECHNIQUE CLASSES
Design to learn the boxing skills, expect skipping, shadowboxing, footwork drills and practicing boxing combinations. To learn boxing technique, sparring is included in the advanced class with full protective gear, please contact our coaches to assess your level.
